Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can place an order if you do not wish to set up an account with us.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless marked as “Sold Out.” If an item is sold out, you can still place your order to secure priority for when it becomes available again. Restocking typically takes 2-6 days. Your order will be dispatched in a single shipment once all items are back in stock. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers until you complete your order.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

To protect your privacy and keep your purchases hidden from prying eyes, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging. This means your items will arrive in an unbranded brown carton box or brown paper envelope, with no indication of what’s inside.
